Weight Loss - How to Build a Healthy Happy Family

From when I was young, I have tried many diets, and have lost weight with them as well, but as soon as I finish the diet, I found that I pile the weight back on so quickly every single time, time after time after time. Having found a program that works for me, I have almost reached my goal weight, and I have been constant for over 10 months now, but I am still worried I will gain it all back on again, due to not being as strict with myself as before. I contacted the program developers, asked them for help and suggestions as to how to keep myself motivated and prevent myself from getting side tracked again.
