Fantastic Lower Ab Exercises

While the goal may be ripped and flat abs many people are unfortunately doing their lower ab exercises incorrectly. It is relatively easy to unknowingly involve the other groups of muscles into the specific exercises meant to target the lower abs. There are several things that you will have to keep in mind to execute these workouts properly. Lower ab exercises are not just about how many reps you can do at a time. It's also about actually laser targeting the proper muscles and making them work. When you target your lower abs with the proper exercises you will be able to feel the muscles working. Be careful not to do too many of the same exercises, or you may begin to not feel your lower abs as much.
