Burning Belly Fat - Best Workouts!

Sorry but the truth of the matter is that if you wish to get rid of that unsightly belly fat then you are going to have to do some exercise. Sure some diets say you don't have to exercise and that careful calorie counting is all that is needed but hey exercise will make the entire burning belly fat process that much quicker. Why? Well, because it not only uses up a lot of calories to perform the exercise but also it forces the body's metabolism to speed up for hours afterwards too. So what exercises should I do if burning belly fat is my goal?
