I have previously written about the importance of having a Nutrition Mission Belief System. The idea behind this is that you are to come up with a simple set of beliefs regarding your diet that you could follow. If eating a certain food at a certain time doesn't fit into your belief system then you don't eat it - simple. My nutrition belief system is the following: I believe that the only way to a lean, healthy, and muscular body is through daily consumption of protein, fibrous vegetables, key supplements, and daily metabolic exercise.
