Learn How to Lose Weight Fast Through Simple Exercises
Above all, learn to do simple stretches. Now stretching is necessary for any workout or sport. Why is stretching important. Our bodies among many other things have nerves, tissues, and muscles. These tend to go to sleep over time without activity. So to wake them up and tell them we are going to busy now is called stretching. Toe to head is first stretch. Just stand on your toes and life your hands above your head. Count to five and let go. Repeat ten times. Next, keep your feet apart and rest your hands on your hips. Turn your torso to the left and right 5 times and repeat the other side from right to left another 5 times.
