How to Lose Weight in One Month

I don't why so many people think that losing weight is hard. If you know the weight loss formula, then losing weight in a month is actually pretty easy. All you need to do is make sure you burn more calories than you take in. So, for example, if you take in 1,000 extra calories every day, then you will need to burn 1,000 calories to not gain weight. Though if you are already overweight then you will need to work a bit harder. So even if you eat the correct amount of calories, you should still do exercise to burn all that excess fat you have inside you.
