The Basics of Weight Loss

As a personal coach and nutritionist, I have had countless clients coming to me and seeking help in losing body fat. I have seen how shameful and embarrassing it can be to be overweight, and how much of it can affect the attitude, self esteem and world view of men and women of various ages. One of the greatest joys I experience is how a client's confidence and body image improves as they drop the extra pounds; they don't only look like a new person on the outside, but the also look like a new person on the inside.
