3 Ways to Control Your Appetite

Trying to lose weight? Then no doubt you've begun cutting calories and upping the exercise level. You're eating leaner portions, spending more time being active, trying to work up a sweat as you say no to former guilty pleasures. However all this work can be undone by that gnawing sensation of hunger in your stomach. If you're walking around hungry all the time, it's nearly impossible to stick to your diet in the long run. So what's the trick? How do people deal with this hunger? The answer my friends is to maximize how much each meal satiates you. Satiation is the time period that a meal will keep you feeling full. The longer you feel full, the less you'll be inclined to eat.
