Research that has been carried out by countless different studies suggests that diet consists of 80% of the results that you see. That means that if you are consuming large amounts of crap food it does not matter if you are exercising and lifting weights like a madman. You are never going to lose those extra pounds that you have hanging off you. This is a fact and something that you must really think about carefully. You really have to consider the fact that if you are serious about losing the weight that you want to lose then you are going to have to start to change your diet today. Of course this does not mean that you should change your diet overnight. No this in fact will be counter productive and most likely result in you giving up on your efforts. What you really want to do is start off slow.
