8 Ways to Save 100 Calories Or More at Lunch
Lunch is a great meal where you can cut calories but at the same time can be the worst offender in unwanted extra daily calories. The trick with lunch is to make it substantial enough to keep you going throughout the day but at the same time you don't want to focus too many calories on it. People have a tendency to want to grab fast food or even worse skip lunch altogether. Neither solution is a very good one.
