Why Do You Eat?

Before you even try to lose weight, you may want to ask yourself "why do I eat?" Few people eat because they are hungry, which may be one of the reasons why losing weight is so hard for most of us. If you only cut back on your caloric intake as a way to lose weight, you may be missing a great opportunity to really get your weight under control once and for all. That can only be done by facing the real reasons why you overeat in the first place and learn how to better deal with those issues and emotions.
