What Makes a Good Weight Loss Plan? - The Role of Shakes & Bars

High Protein Shakes, Bars and Ready Made Meals Are NO Answer to Losing Weight Just ask yourself one question: Can I eat these foods forever? If the answer is "yes" go eat or drink them, if "no" find a better plan. Everyday you are either bombarded by bars or shakes high protein, low protein, low carb, energy bars,and power bars. You see celebrities who have lost weight on the commercial plans. Most are low fat, some low carb and all low calorie. All have easy portion control, some are cheap, others are expensive and all involve NO thinking. After 4-6 months, where are you? Who are the people that benefit from these products? Who should avoid them?
