If you're struggling to lose belly fat then I'd recommend cutting highly processed carbohydrates from your diet. I'm not saying cut all your carbohydrates from your diet, Carbohydrates are your main source of fuel or energy; they are also a great source of dietary fiber, which is essential for good digestion and to keep your blood sugar stable which will help you lose belly fat, however, I am saying to cut any foods that come in a box, bag or wrapper - most of these foods contain too many processed carbohydrates which by the way are bad for you, too much sugar, too much salt and way too many additives.
