If you are really looking to eat healthy everyday, a fundamental rule should be to avoid skipping meals, particularly lunch. The lunch meal appears to be the most skipped meal, and is very often neglected and forgotten all together. We forget that lunch is the main meal which falls during the daylight hours when most of us perform the majority of our most rigorous and demanding daily activities. This is the time when we may need the most energy and fuel from food to perform work-related and personal tasks. There are however ways we can bring the lunch meal back to our home and work setting.
