Weight Loss Success and Bike Riding

This isn't about what a great form of exercise bike riding is, although that would be accurate, this is about the similarities between learning to ride a bike and learning to lose weight successfully. Both are possible, and require learning some new skills. Some of the skills come easily, some...not so much. But if we focus on the most important skill, then we can have success. The key is knowing which is the most important skill...and it isn't where most diets will have you focus!
