Keeping a Food Diary is a Key Tool in the Battle to Lose Weight
If you are serious about starting a weight loss programme, it is fair to say that a food diary and exercise diary is an invaluable resource. In fact, it is probably the most useful tool in your battle armoury. This is supported by academic research...a July 2008 study, published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that dieters who completed a daily food diary lost twice as much weight as those who didn't. Tracking what you eat and what exercise you do, shouldn't be too difficult as there are many food and exercise diary providers on the internet. However, most charge and the free ones are quite basic.
