Overweight and Depression - A Vicious Cycle
Overweight and depression is a ferocious cyclone of unhealthy living. Once caught by its swirling wind, it will take a lot of struggle to escape from it. An overweight person can experience depression and a depressed person can gain weight. Whatever be the cause, the most important thing is that you know how to avoid being plunged into a total isolation that can endanger your precious health, social relationship, financial opportunities, emotional stability and physical attractiveness. Once you have been dragged into it, you must know how to quickly turn away. Breaking the cycle is the hardest thing to do. How can we stop it if one leads to another? Let's examine first how overweight can cause depression and vice versa before finding a solution on how to end the vicious cycle.
