Grapefruit: Natural Weight Loss Partner

Several decades back, people were using one sort of diet after another to help in weight loss. Grapefruit was one of them. Nowadays, this sweet and tangy fruit - a staple in the breakfast menu - is still popular not only with dieters but with health conscious people as well. And if you're skeptical about it as being your grandma's old grapefruit diet then you'd be missing out on the benefits of this terrific fruit. One of the obvious reasons why this fruit is so good for the body is its fiber content. It cannot be denied that it packs a lot of fiber even in half a fruit which is the regular recommended serving. It's easy enough to incorporate into a meal plan and can even be cooked or juiced for variety.
