Three Ways to Start Getting Fit in The Fall and Lose Weight
The fall is dangerous for me; I start eating more and gaining weight and perhaps you do too. It doesn't need to be this way! Certainly the holidays, like Halloween and candy, Thanksgiving and pies, turkeys, and harvest, and Christmas with multiple parties and feasts make it harder to stay or get fit, but it is very possible. Since we know we will be eating and drinking a lot before soon, it makes sense to put a little fun effort into getting in shape. I love summer, but hooray, it's over! The temperatures are more moderate and outdoor activities are pleasant. If you have kids they are back in school and once settled things may be calmer, and you may have time for outdoor activities that burn calories and fat and get you fit. Here are three ideas that work for me!
