How To Avoid The Freshman 15 - Why College Can Ruin Your Health

Starting college or uni is one of the most exciting times in a young guy's or girl's life...I remember my first day at uni, it was so great that I remember thinking to myself how much I would miss it when it would all be over - and that was only after the first day! However, despite all the fun and partying, time at uni can play havoc with your health and have you putting on weight in all the wrong places - the dreaded 15 pounds that seems to pile on when you're a freshman. Even the skinny guys aren't immune...ever heard of the "skinny fat guy syndrome"? Where you're thin as a bean pole but still have a pot-belly?
