3 Exercise Tips to Gain Six Pack Abs
Sit ups and crunches are not enough to bestow you with great looking six pack abs. You can be doing sit ups and crunches all day, everyday and you will still not see results. The first step towards building a great looking flat abdomen is getting rid of the fat one has accumulated over the years. Sit ups and crunches will only help in building muscle but will not help you shape your abs. You need to understand that in order to get what you desire you have to combine your workout with some cardio routines. You have to burn fat first and then focus on building muscle.
