There are many different ways that you can lose 10 pounds, some are only for a temporary period of time, whereas other methods will help you lose that weight for good. There has been a lot of research that has been carried out on the fact that women have many false beliefs attributed to losing excess weight, and example of this include they believe that they would be happier, prettier, etc etc. This also applies to the area of men, although women are more concerned with this area. But the fact is that these are just negative thoughts that will not help you achieve you goals of weight loss but put unnecessary stress on your mind. If you remain positive and take the relevant action to losing the unwanted pounds for goals such as improved health then you are more than likely to lose weight for the long term.
