Glycemic Index For Abs
The Glycemic index is an under utilized tool to lose weigh and develop a firm set of abs. It can be followed by anyone without any special knowledge or training. There are plenty of studies to prove that following a meal plan based on the principals of the glycemic index will naturally cause the body to burn calories more efficiently and therefor lose weight. The article was inspired by a colleague who was diagnosed with diabetes and as a result had to make some changes to her diet. She followed a glycemic index related eating plan. The loss of 50 lbs in two months was amazing. Especially since she is unable to exercise due to a car accident many years ago.
