Top 10 Summer Weight Loss Mistakes

When most people get started on their new 'weight loss challenge' they think tend to go into it with the 'all or nothing' attitude - this is wrong for several reasons, and today I'll only mention this one. Your body has an amazing ability to adapt at whatever is thrown at it. If you decide from day one that you're going to do six days of cardio for four weeks - what do you think will happen by week 4? Your body (for the most part) will have adapted to that type of cardio regimen, adjusted it's cardiovascular health, and as a result you have just set a new baseline for your body at six days of cardio just to maintain what you currently have! - Big mistake.
