Obesity and being overweight has been branded as a disease over the years but is it really? In truth, most cases of being overweight are due to our eating habits. Blame that on the fast paced lives we are living today. Yes, it could be blamed with the way we live our lives today but it still would depend upon the person. If you really think about it, this kind of physical condition could be easily avoided yet most cannot. Diet and exercise is the key to having a fit body. When talking about diet, it means that one should be strict by the way one eats; avoiding foods that contain too much fattening agents and eating fruits and vegetables is the way to go. And also, you must avoid too much fast food. Exercise would not be enough if your diet does not go harmoniously with it. A lot of people just became frustrated with the usual diet and exercise regimen since it does not work. How can that possibly work if you don't do it properly?
