How Your Friends Can Help (or Hurt) Your Weight Loss
Day to day life for most of us is peppered with jolting wake up calls like, "Wow! I've put on some weight recently...I've never had problems fitting into these jeans before. Time to get back into shape!" or "I don't remember taking a flight of stairs being that much work before...my cardio is awful!" or even, "I've been feeling sooo lazy recently. My motivation to do anything active is shot!" Whether it's feeling crappy or sluggish mentally, physically or both, these unpleasant revelations make us rethink where we're heading, what our goals are and often result in a call to action about how we're going to amend the situation.
