No matter how healthy you are, you have probably thought "I need to be healthier" at least once in your life. We all feel like we need to exercise more or eat better or make better choices when it comes to our health. The important thing is that you take action when you think these things. If you really do want to get healthy you need to take steps to make that happen. Realizing that your brain is just as involved in your overall fitness as the rest of your body is very important.
