Looking good in this society is a big deal. If you are overweight, you have to lose weight for society to accept you more. I know, I know, you are right. People should like you for what you are, and you shouldn't care if they don't like you because you have weight problems. If that's you, let me show this from another angle. Most of the time you feel tired, and you sweat a lot during summer, and you can't walk more that 200m before you get really fatigued and breathe like you can't get enough air in your lungs. Your clothes don't fit well, and even if they do, they don't look good because there are no really nice extra large clothes designs. And to top that, your heart won't be in trouble anymore, and you won't be really close to get diabetes.

Every time I'm in the gym, I need to have my headphones with me. Reason being is because I can't stand the sight of people doing the dumbest things or especially talking about their out dated routines that haven't brought them any results since the Regan administration was in the White House.
